After 8 to 10 years, we find the next passion. Doesn't mean we drop what we've been doing, but that we devote more time to the "next thing." You had a dream of boat cruising, and you have been (are doing) just that. It's your dream, you get to decide how best to pursue it. It isn't "nuts" to see people doing what they enjoy.
